LG G2 mini goes official

A mini version of LG G2 was confirmed by LG a few days ago. The device was expected to go official at MWC 2014 but has been gone official earlier. G2 mini is the first compact smartphone by LG which features a comparatively bigger display size than other mini versions i.e. a 4.7" (540 x 960) IPS display. LG promises that just like G2 satisfied the users with ultimate multimedia experience, G2 mini will too, have better
specs on board than any other mini version. And they aren't bluffing about that. Unlike other mini versions which are packed with a Dual-core processor, G2 mini will have a Snapdragon 800 Quad-core processor up on its sleeves to provide fast multitasking paired with 1GB of RAM. Moreover, it will have 2,450mAh battery, 8MP and 13MP rear camera (depending on the variant), 1.3MP front camera, 8GB internal memory with card slot and running latest version of Android, 4.4 (KitKat). Plus, it would comprise of most of G2's features. It would be coming in single-sim, dual-sim, 3G and 4G versions available in 4 different colors: Black, White, Gold and Red. The device will be hitting the markets of Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Middle East and Europe at MWC 2014. As for its global release, LG has confirmed that it will be available globally soon after MWC 2014.
