Previously announced, that Geeksphone was working on a smartphone that can run two different OS on the smartphone at the same time turns out to be successful. Geeksphone Revolution is here which can run Android and Firefox OS. This is the first smartphone to do so. To switch between the OS only a reboot is required. The company calls this technology "MultiOS" technology.
Its technical specs are as follows:
- 4.7" qHD (IPS) display
- Intel Atom 1.6GHz Dual-core processor
- 1GB RAM
- 8MP rear camera with LED flash
- 2MP front camera
- 4GB internal memory with card slot up to 32GB
- Battery of 2,000mAh capacity.
It includes Geeksphone's 1-click OTA update to provide latest updates for the OS. It will soon be available for pre-order.
