Nokia Normandy that previously confirmed its existence by appearing on Vietnamese largest Online retailer's website, now appears on Rightware's Browsermark Database 2 again indicating its existence. The model number of the smartphone is shown on the website
which is "RM-980". The screenshot shows that Normandy will run Android 4.4 (KitKat) like confirmed before. But there are rumors that the device would not be Google certified. It means that services like the Google Play (Android app store) etc. will not be available and Nokia will provide its own app store. The smartphone will be able to run side apps too. No one knows to how much extent are the rumors true. But we'll find out soon on Nokia's press conference at MWC 2014 where Nokia Normandy is expected to launch.
