Nokia has won an injunction against HTC in Germany. Nokia managed to get an injunction against HTC for infringing upon its key patents which includes USB and the drivers that PC chooses to install when it is connected to it.
Now that Nokia has won the injunction, They can put a complete ban on all the android devices of HTC in Germany. If HTC wants to continue its sales in Germany either they have to modify their method of usage or they have to make a license agreement with Nokia.
