While the Nexus 5 features a 5-inch 1080p IPS display with 445ppi which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. There isn’t much of a difference between them but still HTC One has a slightly better pixel density.

HTC One is available in 32GB and 64GB while the Nexus 5 is available in 16GB and 32GB. Both the smartphones have no card slot to expand memory.

Both the smartphones are equipped with Non-removable Li-Po 2300 mAh battery. But the battery timings of HTC One have been observed to be better. HTC One’s stand-by time is up to 480 hours (3g). While the stand-by time of Nexus 5 is up to 300 hours (3g).

Additional Features:

HTC One includes some additional features such as HTC BoomSoundTM, HTC ZoeTM and HTC BlinkFeedTM. But there aren’t much of additional features available in Nexus 5.
