Nokia is after its greatest rival, HTC. Nokia is trying their best to drop HTCs market share in Germany. Nokia, one after another, is winning patent against HTC. Nokia won another patent against HTC in Germany. This the fourth patent won against HTC and third patent won in the last two months. This time the patent is about a "method and apparatus for enabling a mobile station to adapt its revision level based on network protocol
revision level". After losing another patent, HTC reported that they will modify their handsets and again appeal for the patent in the court of Germany. This isn't the last patent against HTC. There are still many patents filed against HTC by Nokia which are still pending. Lets see if Nokia wins the remaining patents or not.
