An image of the box of Samsung's upcoming smartphone Galaxy S5 reveals few of its specs. Most of the specs written on the box are the same that are recently rumored. A 5.25" qHD Super AMOLED display comes with the smartphone like rumored. 2.5GHz processor (probably a Snapdragon 800 chipset) is equipped backed up with 3GB DDR3 RAM (again not a new thing). The only "new thing" written on the box is the
20MP rear camera with 1080p recording because previous rumors suggested a 16MP camera. The image isn't confirmed to be a real one. It could be possible that the image has been created with photoshop. The smartphone is tipped to be launched at the Unpacked event that will take place on February 24 just when MWC 2014 kicks off.
