Geeksphone is known by the fact that it was one of the first smartphone companies to launch Firefox OS smartphone. This time Geeksphone teamed up with Silent Circle and made a smartphone that offers full privacy to its users allowing to make secure calls, text messages and even a built-in VPN to browse safely through the internet.
It is equipped with the necessary hardware and software required to ensure privacy of a user. It is believed that Geeksphone and Silent Circle came up with this idea after the report that revealed NSA tracking phone location worldwide. It would debut at MWC (Mobile World Congress) that will take place in February 2014.
