Samsung announced 4GB DDR4 RAM for smartphones

Samsung has succeeded in making a 4GB DDR4 RAM. Samsung announced that this RAM would boost their smartphones performance. And the first Samsung smartphone to be equipped with this RAM would be Galaxy S5 which would probably be revealed at MWC 2014.
