Voice V75 now available for PKR 20,900 from United Mobile

Voice wasn't known in Pakistan about a month or two ago. But now it's becoming famous. And the reason for its fame is advertisements and not the smartphones. It started to manufacture Android smartphones with the help of United Mobile, one of the major smartphone distributor of Pakistan. And now they
have released their latest Quad-core Android smartphone. Its technical specs are 5" Retina display (960 x 540), 1.2GHz Quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera, 4GB internal memory with card slot (up to 8GB), 2050mAh battery and runs Android 4.2 (JellyBean). It is priced at PKR 20,900.
Is it priced OK? Or is its specs are a little low? Comment your opinion about this phone.
